| Robert Hanf, President and Chief Operating Officer, Bangor Hydro Electric Company Bob was recently appointed president and chief operating officer of Bangor Hydro-Electric. He had previously served as general counsel for Emera and its affiliates since 2002. Prior to Emera, Bob was a partner with the law firm McCarthy Tétrault LLP. Bob is a member of the Canadian and American Bar Associations, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association, and the Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation. Placing a high value on community leadership, Bob has recently served as the vice president of the board of directors for the Calgary Opera Association, and as a director of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Alberta Division. He is a graduate of the Dalhousie University Law School. Bob recently completed the Directors Education Program through the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto. |
