Ann Berwick is Undersecretary for Energy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Ms. Berwick most recently was a senior consultant at M.J. Bradley & Associates in
Concord. She has served as Chief of the Environmental Protection Division in the
Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where she also exercised joint oversight of the
Environmental Strike Force. Ms. Berwick worked as a legal services attorney in Seattle
immediately after law school, and then as a litigation partner at Goulston & Storrs.
